By signing up to Amity, you agree to treat other users on the platform with respect and not to use the messaging system for any reason other than the use for which it is intended, in the context of monitoring health and care. If you need to report inappropriate usage of the messaging feature or any other feature on Amity, please send an email straight away to email@example.com
If you violate the spirit of this agreement Amity can suspend or terminate your account. This decision will be sent to you via email or you will receive a notification the next time you try to login to your account.
Amity does contain links to other applications which are not owned or controlled by Cheshire and Merseyside, Health & Care Partnership. The trust cannot take responsibility for the content or general practices of these applications.
This agreement may be updated from time to time. In this event, Amity will always notify users of the changes and ask for your ongoing consent.
If at any time you wish to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data on the Amity platform, you can do this by contacting our Data Protection officer, Katy Edwards on this email address, firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can request for all of your personal information and your account to be permanently deleted by contacting email@example.com. We will endeavour to respond within 7 working days, and action the deletion of personal data within 2 months.
Whilst Amity sits on a secure platform and the chance of a data breach is very unlikely, we cannot absolutely guarantee the safety of Amity. As the user you will need to make sure your login details are kept confidential and not shared with anyone. You will also need to be aware of your surroundings, and we advise you to only login to your account when you are in a private space.
